Frameonus works with a global print-on-demand network to produce each canvas and wall art piece close to you, keeping delivery times shorter and more sustainable. Here's what to expect.

Production Time

Every item is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Made-to-order timelines may be longer during peak seasons or promotions, and we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location and the print facility fulfilling your order. International orders outside the UK may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Multiple Items

If your order several pieces, they may be produced at different print facilities and could arrive in separate packages at different times.
