Shipping

Every Frameonus canvas is made to order by our print partner network. Delivery is free to the United States and the United Kingdom. We currently ship to these two countries only.

Production: 2-5 business days after you order.
Delivery: typically 3-10 business days after production, depending on your location.
Tracking: you'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If your order is delayed we will let you know by email.

Returns and refunds

Because every canvas is printed specifically for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. We do want you to love your art:

Damaged, defective or incorrect item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund.
Cancellations or changes: email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or amend an order before it enters production.
Lost parcels: tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and print partner.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and take 5-10 business days to appear.
